"I’m coming back to Tollywood with Nandamuri Balakrishna-Anil Ravipudi’s upcoming film": P.Latha - Exclusive

P. Latha is a former film actress, who made her acting debut in Telugu films with the 1997 film ‘Pelli Chesukundam’ at the age of 14 years. Then she continued to work in the Hyderabad-based entertainment industry in varied roles such as a TV anchor, TV serial actress, and film actress playing character roles along with several leading actresses of the ’90s and early 2000s.She has acted in some of the popular films of those times such as Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Badri’, Nandamuri Balakrishna’s ‘Lakshmi Narasimha’, Manchu Vishnu’s ‘Denikaina Ready’ and several other Telugu films.
In an exclusive chit-chat with ETimes, the actress revealed that she was already doing films by the time Prakash Raj was making his entry into the Telugu film industry and she has acted with some of the very popular artists of her time such as Soundarya, Ramya Krishnan, Asin and others but due to her father's demise, she had to take a break from film acting and take care of her family and siblings marriages. Despite getting her siblings married, the actress remained single feels that she is happy, and has no regrets about being unmarried.

P. Latha said, “I am far from social media and all this digital technology which made people and filmmakers forget her and now I wish to come back to Telugu cinema as her second innings and I am confident that I will do good in this happening Telugu film industry."
She also reveals that there are several other popular actresses with the same name as Latha that made her go unnoticed as all the other actresses are much bigger than her.
Settled in Hyderabad, Latha reveals further, " I already have a couple of new films in Tollywood that includes one with Nandamuri Balakrishna under the direction of Anil Ravipudi and the other is with Producer CC. Reddy's upcoming film with Koti’s son. I am also in talks with Koratala Siva for his upcoming film with JrNTR for a role in it."
The actress is not just excited about her comeback but also wishes to work in the Industry till her last breath!
